Fudgy Brownies a.k.a Brownies Kedut

Assalam semua...

Okay...okay...i think brownies kedut are the latest phenomenon in baking world now. Sana sini sinun brownies kedut. Look so tempting pulak tu gambar2 yg meka upload. 

Ini tak boleh jadi.

Serious tak boleh jadi.

So i texted Bid. Baker for her own dessert business, Sweet Buffet. I blocked her diary for online class. I said..i want brownies kedut. I want all that keduts keduts.. Yes.. Kedut! So please ajar i. Mcm arahan jer bunyinya kan. But actually i was really begged her to teach me how to get that budak kedut.  

So..i pun belajar la secara online class.. Bid sent me video and conducted me how to do it. 1st time buat jadi. But ada kesilapan teknikal sikit. My brownies jadi kedut but no so kedut & not so shining & glossy mcm kebanyakkan org buat. Jadi la mcm kat bwh ni. Tp rasa dia tetap sedap okay.



Jom kita buat postmortem ke atas kes ni. Kesimpulannya..

1. Okay..teacher Bid suruh pakai oven api atas bwh & fan. Tp oven i ni agresif sikit bila guna fan. Suhu 160c tp panasnya over sikit than we use api atas bwh jer. 

2. I overfold after i put in the flour. Patutnya kejap jer kena fold the adunan. asalkan tepung dah tak nampak so stop fold. Tp i rajin pegi fold lg.  

3. I tak guna bahan premium. Tp teacher Bid kata kalau tak guna pun brownies tetap boleh jadi jugak sbb dia pernah cuba guna bahan cap kedai Bagus. Tp tidaklah sehebat brownies yg guna bahan premium. 

Okay..kesilapan sudah dikenalpasti. Jom kita belajar dr kesilapan. Esoknya i buat lg. Baca bismillah jgn ditanyalah berapa kali i baca. Serius byk kali baca sbb i tak nak frust. 

Alhamdulillah.. Hasil dr learn from  the mistakes..jadi la jugak my brownies kedut. 



I still guna bahan2 yg sama. Tak guna bahan premium. Betul kata teacher Bid. Guna bahan bukan premium pun boleh menjadi jugak. Tp tak la sehebat kalau guna the premium punya. Kalau guna bahan premium, brownies will be more shining & sedap. 

Anak2 i suka giler. Mkn berketul2 & siap cakap this recipe better than laura vitale punya recipe. Sedap! Amboi nakkk... Kalau iya pun nak amik hati mak jgn ler puji melambung sgt. Ini belum mak guna bahan premium lg. Agaknya kalau i guna butter scs..president ke.. Chocolate varlhona or callebaut & hershey cocoa powder..mesti lg terpelanting sapa makan. 

Tp i'm sorry readers.. I cant put the recipe in the blog. Bukan kedekut..tp i hormat teacher Bid. Dia mencari rezeki dgn baking, selling dessert & do class at home & also online class. So, apa pulak dia kata if i spread the recipe in public free2 mcm tu. That is her periuk nasi. I tak nak spoil kan. I hope maksud i ni sampai. Tp siapa yg nak recipe, u can personally pm me. 

Eh..eh..panjang pulak cerita kali ni ya.. Sorry la..hahaha

  4. singgah sini sebab nak tahu kenapa brownies saya tak jadi kedutnya..hehe

    maybe sebab over fold tu juga..

    dah terbiasa mcm buat kek..

    rupanya kena teknik mcm buat muffin la ek..fold kaup-balik biasa je..jangan over..hehe
